Absolutely the best place for an elderly person. I should have moved my mom there sooner. Could not ask for better more loving care. Everyone bends over backward to offer first class care. Clean, but more importantly family level care, from the owner to the administrator to the day to day care givers. This is a gem and a real joy to have a loved one be in their care. ,... Read more

Vienna Manor on Carrington Lane. It was a total disaster. My Mom went in in October 2022 and was released November of 2022. [name removed] hook is we will dress everyone nice so bring nice clothes and we will do her make up. None of that was done. My Mom sat in her bathrobe most of the time. She ate in the living room by herself. When my Mom came to Vienna Manor she had left her home, stayed with my cousin for a while, was in rehab and then to Vienna Manor. I told the 2 non experienced ladies this and they knew it all. I explained to both that my mom has never lived in a group house and this was all new to her. She thinks the house is hers but they don't want to hear it because they knew it all. They put a TV in her room and moved the bed and she fell and hit her face and ended in the hospital. I told them she was disoriented. Again, they didn't want to hear it. Every day I went to see my I was stopped by [name removed] or [name removed] about something my mother did. I got so fed up I told both of them this can't be your first rodeo. If there was a rating of 0 I'd give them a 0 but a 1 is fine. I would say that if your loved one is not on their best behavior Vienna Manor is not for them you will get kicked out.

A very nice home but seemed geared toward residents who were able to be more active than my mother, including outings.

I have a loved one that lives here. Everything is what you would want for your loved one. First, the place is comfortable - feels like a real "home". The food looks excellent and the staff go out of their way to help the residents. They are warm people. Contrary to the other review, the new Administrator is a breath of fresh air. Nice, energetic and knowledgeable. Normal! The place only holds like 8 residents, so activities are a challenge...but really, I think it is hard to get seniors to do activities everywhere. Also with only 8 living there, you get a higher level of care. Price is pretty fair. Other places start lower, but have so many add-ons you pay more in the end. My loved one is very happy there!

It’s a nice house, fancy decorations in a very large space, but it’s expensive. The old manager was very nice, but the new one that started in the end of May. She complains a lot. She’s not very experienced. She is always complaining. We’re moving at the end of July.

A Place for Mom has scored Vienna Manor Assisted Living 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
