My mother was placed here after her Alzheimer's condition progressed. We could no longer provide care for her out of our home. Victoria's Place charged us 2k per month to care for our mother. We visited mother several times, especially around lunch time, and have never smelled or seen any cooked meals being prepared. Our mother's weight continually declined to where she was nothing but skin and bones. I questioned [name removed] @ Victoria's Place about the continuing weight loss, and [name removed] told us that it was normal for someone with our mother's condition. I feel guilty about trusting them as I feel they failed to take care of our mother. I hope they are no longer in business.
