The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The staff welcoming and friendly. The maintenance is awesome, whenever we have had a problem they are quick to fix it. The only problem we have so far is the kitchen only has 2 drawers for storage. We find ourselves storing kitchen utensils in other rooms which is not very convenient. The room is a good size and has 2 small walk in closets. The community offers activities every once in a while such as potlucks and game nights.... Read more

Hallways smell, kitchen appliances are very old, maintenance is lax and smokers abound here. If you want smoke-free do I would encourage you to tour other properties.

Raw sewage in pipe from toilet to shower, management calls RotoRooter to dump chemicals down pipe. Returns month later. States "SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY" - IT IS NOT ENFORCED. Worst property management company ever and does nothing to improve quality of service.

I am happy with the community and the room I got fits most of my furniture. The community is always clean and maintained. I have been able to eat from the restaurants that are across the street and there is plenty of shopping stores around. This is in a good location.

Well managed. Very effective support staff. On a par with our previous experience in a HabitatAmerica managed senior living apartment in Charlottesville. We're glad we made the choice.
