I feel compelled to express my utter frustration and disappointment with the management at Valley Oaks Village. While Valley Oaks Village boasts a visually appealing environment, the management cartel behind it is the epitome of deceit and treachery. I foolishly presented them with cookies as a gesture of goodwill, unaware of their true nature. To provide some context, I signed my lease on [date removed], only to discover that a week later, an executed copy of the lease was still not provided, alhtough requested several times. This lack of professionalism is inexcusable. As a result, I made the decision to vacate the premises on [date removed]. And let's not even get started on the parking situation! Their shameless lies regarding parking availability are nothing short of astonishing. Asking me to pay $[removed] per month without providing parking? Absolutely preposterous! To be clear, I spent just one night at Valley Oaks Village before fleeing!

I had a very nice tour of the apt's here and the staff who showed me around did a nice job they were able to answer all my questions and there were a lot of amenities, the apartments were very nice I just felt that I would be too far away from my friends and my doctors and the area I know best.

They do need to be a little bit more helpful getting new residents introduced to how things work around there. Otherwise it has been a very positive experience. Their shuttle driver is amazing. We've been very very happy with Valley Oaks Village.

The staff were very pleasant, knowledgable and gave a good tour of the location. Visited a 'larger' one bedroom apt. - Oops so small - thanks for the opportunity to visit this location. It is very well maintained and desireable.

A Place for Mom has scored Valley Oaks Village 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
