I chose Valley House Flats because it was the only one that had availability at the time and and it was a newer facility. The apartment sizes are great, I have a big kitchen/living room/bedroom and a large bathroom. I would tell others that the road to get into the facility is not really good so I think it needs to be fixed and they could add more parking. I would recommend to others looking.... Read more

First off when i first moved in there was still human feces stuck to the sides if the toilet. I looked past that. Then the washing machine only fills up 1/4 of the way causing twice the work. The Valley house is nice enough to provide one meal a month. If you want to opt out of it you just don't sign the registration paper next to the elevator. I opted out because the menu did not suit my taste(brussel sprouts). The day they brought the meals around i was asleep in my bed. I did not hear the knock,i am also legally deaf. Some one had just invited themselves in and left food on my kitchen counter. Scared me to death knowing someone just came in unknowingly. I could have just gOtten out of shower unclothed. Valley house has good things to. An elevator and a central garbage drop off. I so appreciate that because of my back.

A Place for Mom has scored Valley House Flats 2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
