I LOVE it here!! Just moved into my Villa last Monday, but stayed in a patio home while my place was completed for 2 months. I love how the community, staff and residents all support each other. Management really cares and respects their staff members and the residents. The food is okay, but food is optional and it can be ordered as you want it and delivered to you! There are apartments, patio homes and the new Villas where I am living. At even the most expensive accommodations, I still consider it value for the money. It is specifically a 55+ active senior living community, so no meals are included. There is a small bistro open for lunch weekdays that is super reasonable, though. In my Mom's case, it was just a better fit than independent senior living. The staff is wonderful and very responsive. There are so many activities she can sign up for that my Mom never gets bored. We highly recommend V-Esprit!

Our family had an in person tour and it was wonderful, everything we saw was great but the location was just a little to far away.
This community gives your loved one independence, but also a very caring and positive environment. The community had done a wonderful job keeping the residence engaged even during covid. I would recommend this community to others. My loved one loves this community.

Great people, the apartments and cottages are being renovated so you have lots of choices. Love the indoor pool and bistro option. Beautiful views of the mountains.

I plan to visit this facility when I visit my adult children during the holidays. My son drove around this community and was impressed with what he saw. He wanted to wait for me to be there to visit inside.

I love this place! It is high end, but offers great amenities for an active lifestyle. They are adding and upgrading constantly. They take residents around in golf carts and seem to have great interaction with them. Food is not covered in the pricing, but they do have it available in their "Bistro" at reasonable prices for both dining there and delivery to your unit. If having meals included is not a requirement, I would highly recommend it for independent living. I will take my client there.
