BEWARE!!! Please do your research in this place before bringing your loved ones here. Unfortunately, for my friend she has lost over $[removed] to this place and every year the rates are well above 5-6% or more. This place steals from these elderly people. If these prices are starting over $3000 or depends on how much you pay upfront. Regardless, they take a percentage or all which happened to my friend. If you do not stay on top of monthly bills you get surprises without invoices. Bristol Glen "BRISTOL GLEN STEALING AT ITS BEST!" Please, please, please, read, read, read, these contracts. It can or will sneak up on you and eventually you will have no choice but to give this place full access to your retirement funds leaving you "BROKE." Benevolent fund they have to help but they take full access of your fund BUT keep in mind meds, any personal items, medical, are "NOT COVERED!" You will probably get a measly range of $80-90 MONTHLY!! RETHINK. Rest review on [removed]
I felt it was a first class facility. My mom, who would never ever go to any type of nursing / care facility, actually had a nice time there. We are actually trying to use them now again for rehab for my mom, who just had a leg injury.

I toured with Bristol Glen and would give them 10 out of 5 stars, it was amazing. It is a beautiful facility in a great location and the staff and residents were all very pleasant. There was not one thing I found wrong with them, it made our decision very hard. For our personal situation, my dad loves HBO, it is a staple for him and one of the only things that brings him joy these days. The only reason we did not go with Bristol Glen was because HBO could not be added to his cable package. He would have had to stream it and he and technology just do not mix well. That is the only difference between this facility and the one we chose. If it were me, I would have chosen Bristol Glen for myself, but you have to put yourself in your loved ones shoes. I loved that they offered a library and a gift shop that were both run by the residents. I would have loved to get involved in that if it were me.
The staff and their overall friendliness just really stood out to us from the beginning, they have been great about everything and the residents have been wonderful to our loved one she has really felt welcomed. This community provides continuous care so we do not have to worry about moving our loved one to a different community. It was the best decision we could of made and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I looked at 5 other facilities and we chose this community because it was updated and the friendliness of the staff members. The room sizes are great. According to my loved one, the food is good, it was prepared on site. The best part about this community was the residents here, when I moved my mother in they took her under their wing. I would absolutely recommend.

My aunt thinks the food is really good. The residents are open and inviting. The staff are wonderful. They do offer daily activities and she enjoys participating in some of them. The community is beautiful. When you visit you feel like you are at a resort and I would recommend this community.

They were wonderful! They had fantastic physical therapy. They have an intersting way they work activities instead of the whole building having activities they would do them in groups, it was much more intimate. The rooms were set up well and the staff was good. The twelve people in each wing would eat together, so they could get to know each other. The staff was consistently the same people. They were doing fun things with the therapy as well, wii bowling and things. They made it more interesting. They do outpatient too. I didn't have any problems with them at all.
