I have a friend that has recently moved into Twelve Oaks. He is very hard to please! But he loves it there. The people are so friendly and helpful! And because it is privately owned, rules can be adjusted as needed for each person. It is a very "personal" place and atmosphere. His room is a nice size as is his bathroom. The staff there do not mind going out of their way to help him. Even helping him get his computer up and running. And if he is not there in time for a meal, they save him a plate!!! Just like home!
