From the time you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The Gardens doesn’t even feel like a facility but more like a home , in like there’s no place like home. The residents are as friendly as the staff. What really stuck with me is that the staff didn’t have a , that’s not my job or that’s a different persons responsibility. Overall they do a fantastic job. They were changing a lot of staff when my mom passed away. So I would tell them to check out and talk to some of the residents now residing there. There were quite a few that were pretty independent.

They have had a lot of turn over which is hard for clients and staff. Overall Good. I think staff tried their best to provide good care to the people of Clyde Gardens. My father for the most part is satisfied with home. Story activities food are very important.

Our inly concern at this point has to do with the incident that sent [name removed] to the hospital and follow up from that. Otherwise comfortable, homey, and friendly always.

What we like most about this community is the friendliness of the staff members there as well as their helpfulness. We also like the meals that are prepared for the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far with Trustwell Living at Clyde Gardens, we would recommend this community to other families.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Trustwell Living at Clyde Gardens Place. The staff at this facility are very friendly. If we have any concerns, they will answer them. I haven't experienced the meals at this facility, but I do know that my loved one doesn't always like them. Otherwise, things have been great here for my loved one. I would recommend Clyde Gardens Place to friends and family.

I had a virtual tour of Clyde Gardens Place, and I thought it was just okay. I was not as excited about it as some of the other places I saw. It didn't look quite as new. And the atmosphere didn't seem to be as friendly.

This community wasn't impressive. It seemed cold and in need of some love.

Living at Clyde Gardens Place has helped my dad become engaged with other people. He participates in activities like exercise classes, so he's a bit more motivated and more social. The staff are pretty good, although there are lots of staff changes. That just seems to be the way the healthcare system is right now.

August 26, 2022Thanks for the review and feedback, TMT! We appreciate you taking the time to share with us, and we’re so glad to hear your father is thriving. Thank you again! – Team Enlivant
The staffing in activities program seem to be short staffed, but seem to be short handed. They are doing activities but no set staff or set role for the activities. The staff as a whole is all in and helps in all roles of the facility. Definitely a place to check out, they are small the care seems to be adequate but they are certainly doing all the small things that make it feel like a second home. The administrator is great with communication and getting back anytime have a question or concern. Very quick to respond and relay any messages I may have or messages from their side back to me.

This community is equal to the other community that I went with. They are owned by the same person there was just another community that was closer to me. the tour was good and I seen everything I needed to. I went back several times and whenever I called with questions they answered.
They were really good. The first thing you see when you walk in is that the carpeting is worn, but that's the only negative about the whole environment. The Marketing Director and Executive Director knew me by first name. The staff were outstanding and constantly showed concern toward my mother. They tried to get her involved in activities. I think it was an excellent value.

The staff are very friendly and good with my loved one. This is a friendly place with people that are easy to get a long with and it is not to big which makes it easier to be personable. They have activities like bingo, the farmers market and other things that they do with the residents.

Clyde Gardens Place gave a good first impression, but was misleading. Problem areas developed during the two-year period my parent lived there. There was minimal apartment maintenance, no activity director for approx. 1 1/2 years, and the private room reportedly available for families to meet was turned into an office for staff. That leaves a lounge, but most residents sat in chairs on both sides of the hallway when you first enter the building. There was no hair salon and outings were extremely rare. - Staff was friendly and rooms were large.

My mother in law is content with living at this community. The staff seemed interested in helping with the adjustment process. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do offer some daily activities. The food is good and they take good care of the community.
