Esther and her staff are kind, caring individuals who genuinely want what is best for the resident and their families. TLC Family Home on Shallowford is very clean, well kept, and quiet. A very homey, welcoming atmosphere greets the visitor and the residents are well cared for and happy. I have no qualms about my mother's safety and well being while in their care. My mother requires assistance in everything, and Esther's staff is up to the job, and when they think something outside their expertise is rquired, they do not hesitate to let me know. For the first time in a long time, I'm able to rest comfortably knowing my mother is in their care.
