Very kind, competent and helpful. Always responsive when contacted. The facility is exceptionally clean. Gramma reports that the food is fine and there's enough of it, but nothing special - which is in my experience high marks for someone in a Place, ha! The couple, Ciprian and Karina who own the place have incredible patience, humanity, and endurance. Their preschooler keeps the folks entertained! We absolutely love Gramma, but none of us were what she needed for daily care. Gramma's been there about two years now, and I can testify: These folks are trustworthy. My only beef is the use of scented things in the home, which at times gets a bit overwhelming. Gramma has no complaints about it, this is mine alone. We've all dropped by at every hour of the day on any day of the week and there have been no surprises. Gramma is happy and well-cared for and feels secure in her routine. That gives us peace of mind. We're thankful for their hard work - and we know how hard it is because we tried and couldn't do this job. Thanks, Ciprian and Karina!

This place they liked very well but all the man could talk about were bed sores. Also really wanted long term & we just don't know about our mom's long-term? Only God knows?
