Tiya's Adult Family Home is in the welcoming city of Vancouver, WA, which is on the north bank of the Columbia River. Vancouver is home to beautiful architecture, including the Clark County Historical Museum, formerly the Carnegie Library; as well as the Clark County Court House and Covington House, which is a log cabin and boarding school built in the 1800s.
