Dad is living in Timberview. He is always going to complain. However, the director, [name removed], absolutely loves him. It makes things much easier. The staff is very attentive. I was impressed when the day we arrived, almost all the staff came into his room to meet him. Even the cook arrived to ask about the foods he liked and didn't like. I wish I could take care of him at home, this is the next best choice. The director, [name removed], is incredible!!! She has made all the difference with my dad! I have both parents there now together. The staff had been wonderful working with their progressive dementia. They inform me of any concerns or needs immediately. I've really appreciated all of the care and concern they have for both of my parents. They both seem content and well cared for when I visit. I live out of town but I have a family member who visits several times a week and has always reported back excellent care.

On a scale of 1-5, I'd give them a 10 on everything!!! I would definitely recommend them. I would like to be placed there (when necessary), if it wasn't so far from me. In March of last year, we were about to place Mom in another facility. A niece stopped us and we are so glad she did. We already had Mom's stuff at the facility. Canceled her room there, called Timberview that morning at 8 am and visited at 10 a.m. Asked if we should bring Mom and they said "Of course, this is going to be her home, she needs to be comfortable with it. Visited the facility, saw her room, asked if we could get a door stop for her door - we had one before we left. Also, my Mother's best friend of 50 years was at Timberview (TVC) and they requested to be roommates. It was also approved before we left on the initial visit. TVC was very accommodating on any request we had during and after our Mother's stay. They contacted us if they didn't feel something was right with Mom. They had many activities that Mom participated in. Our Mother blossomed during her time there, (date removed to date removed, day of her passing). During the last couple days of her life, TVC had kept us posted on her status and advised us when the time was near. My three sisters and I went there, took shifts staying with her. In the early morning, the head of the kitchen area made sure we were fed during our time there (no additional charge to us). TVC worked very close with us and they are private pay, but very reasonable in their rates. TVC was always spotless and never had that 'urine/bleach smell. All of the staff were so friendly. A year later and we are still in touch with some of the staff. Overall, they were FANTASTIC!

TVC (Timberview) was fantastic. The people there are so caring. We got to know them well (we were only there 90 days). They were very accommodating - Small example: we were there sitting and talking in the room that my mother was to move into. The door wouldn't stay open (needed a doorstop). Before we left, a doorstop was already in place. Another example: one of my mother's best friends had moved into TVC a month before. They wanted to be roommates and before we left on our initial visit, they were ready to move my mother's friend into the the room that they would be sharing! Those are just two examples. There are many more which I am glad to share. I cannot give enough high praises for TVC. If anything ever happens to me, TVC is where I want to be placed!!! High 5s on every category (never had an offensive (urine) odor. Oh and the night that my mother was passing, the food manager made us fried egg sandwiches for breakfast to keep us going. Such a wonderful facility and people!

I rated activities at a 3, but I may be catching them at a bad time. Resident outings and visitors coming in are still limited due to restrictions from the Pandemic. They are pretty comparable in price with others in the area.

The food offered the residents is awful--devoid of fresh healthy vegetables and fruits. Can't imagine how anyone could survive long on their diet. The staff was pleasant but often non-responsive. Unless there are substantial changes to the organization's culture, I would not recommend this facility.

The improvements made to my Mom who is staying there is phenomenal and I believe it is because of the expert care and concern given by the nurses and the staff there.

In Laws are living at Timberview Crossing. From my few visits (as we do not live locally), we are pleased with the care and lifestyle provided to them. They have plenty of room in their shared room and appear to be engaged as much as they want to be. It is a smaller facility and that suits them better than a larger facility. The only thing I noticed is the staff could maybe be a bit more engaging to visitors, especially those of us who are infrequent visitors or visiting for the first time. Once you get to know them or after they have seen you for awhile, they are quite approachable and responsive.

Things are friendly with staff available at almost all times. Administrators are informative and also interact with the clients. Food is excellent and there are numerous activities for the clients to take part in. My father was never a "social" person, but he has become more sociable in the last 10 days he has been at Timberview. It has just over 20 clients so they receive considerable personal attention. The rooms and the facility overall are kept quite clean. Several ammenities (such as haircare and podiatry care) are extra, but well within an inexpensive range. Having visited 5 or 6 facilities, Timberview was what we wanted for Dad.

Visited this residence on Monday afternoon. It's a distance from the I 81 highway, and I am not sure that this was an apartment for my mom. It was a bit of hallway chaos, but it was also late afternoon.
