Each time I get the opportunity to visit, the positive energy of the community is just amazing. The Director works hard to plan events to involve the community and there is so much to offer the residents!

I moved to Clear Lake, Iowa from Texas and was staying in a hotel. I contacted the manager at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and she was willing to stay and give me a tour. She showed me everything including several available apartments. I decided TimberCrest was my next home that night and moved in on Monday. She was willing to let me stay in the guest room over the weekend. My phone, internet and cable were all hooked up Monday. I couldn't believe how fast she could accommodate me. I'm so happy to be settled and home!

Received a complete tour with manager! Every question I had was answered. We loved everything about the community and are looking forward to moving in. So many activities to choose from and I love that the cable and internet are included.

Socialization is a huge part of TimberCrest at Glen Oaks. There is always so much to do from swimming, kayaking, water aerobics to playing cards and eating popcorn by the fireplace. I haven't meet anyone I wouldn't call family! Staff is attentive to needs and maintenance is a priority. No more shoveling for me, no more appliance repairs and new friendships. I am HOME!
