My mother lives at The Willows, and we are both so pleased with it so far. I have already recommended it to others. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They are concerned about the wellbeing of the patents, and they always acknowledge everyone when they’re making their rounds. There are always activities going on like trips, church services, manicures; someone comes to do the residents’ hair, and so much else. The meals are great. If mom eats it, I know it’s good. The place is so clean, and cute. It’s set up like a little town with a fountain and a clock out front. It’s decorated with flowers, and the hallways all have street names so the residents can easily keep track of where they’re going. The Willows is fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a better place....
