My father went from living independently to sudden need of care. The care team works very hard to make the daily living seem easy & comfortable for all household members. My dad was determined to go home, but he was slowly won over with white piano’s professional care, delicious home cooking and spacious clean rooms. They have a solid daily schedule to help the house hold stay calm. Visiting hours were a little challenging at start, but get to know the household and adjustments can be made. Each room has a very clean private bathroom. The household doesn’t have that nursing home hospital smell. The location is quiet and has space for outside interactions. [Names removed] took care of my mother at the White Piano for 3+ years before her passing. I could not have been luckier to find them, as they were absolute angels. My mother, [name removed], had all of her needs looked after, especially towards the end. Her room and the rest of the place was always immaculate, and from what I could tell of the other residents, everyone was having a positive experience. My mother seemed to be truly happy there, and enjoyed all the meals, the company, the care, and especially the weekly music therapy. [Name removed] was always pushing her to stay active and walked around with her and the other people there every day, which my mom really needed, as she was too sedentary before her move. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to find a peaceful and beautiful place for their loved ones.

The White Piano Senior Home is elegantly decorated and very clean compare to other places. This facility provided a warm and welcoming place for my dad [name removed]. I have worked with the owner very well and I would describe [name removed]/provider as generous care advocate to my dad and her other residents from what I have observed. She treated us with kindness and understanding in ensuring we were accommodated with visiting due to my busy schedule, overall they put great emphasis on quality care by encouraging individual independence and physical safety.

Not a family friendly or family welcoming environment. We were told we could not bring in a cake for my grandmother’s birthday. In hospice, you will be asked to leave - even when death is near - due to their visiting hours. This is unheard of in the hospice community. The grounds and living rooms are beautiful but are not for the purposes of the paying residents - only for show. Residents are not encouraged to socialize with each other. Staff are happier when residents stay in their rooms and remain quiet.
