Dilapidated building, many, MANY structural concerns. The food is boxed, processed, canned, frozen and about as nutritious as the packaging. Thw amount of money thw kitchen can spend per person per day is less than $10. 1/3 of this residence is empty. This should be the biggest red flag of all. Spend your life savings living... not rotting in this hellhole for your remaining years. I say this out of genuine concern for those already trapped contractually and for those considering this as a viable option... it is not. Steer completely clear of this residence

The Waverly is a lovely place. I saw several available rooms. I would be happy to live there myself. I love older buildings with history. It does not have central air but you can have a window air conditioner. I do not believe mum will like it, because it is old and she doesn’t like older buildings and the rooms are quite small. Her idea is taking a huge couch with her as well as all her current furniture and “stuff”. This will be a difficult transition for her and I am not looking forward to it.

Firstly found this somewhat old fashioned. Had lunch great, lovely resident sat with us. One bedrooms seem not too bad. Hated creaky elevator to the mansion. Actually better than anticipated! Liked.

Waverley was just what I was looking for! All I have to now is convince my Mom. i am seeing her on Wednesday, Oct 28th and will show her the brochure. The tour was excellent and the staff was professional yet compassionate. I hope Mom will decide to come to London soon. Thanks so much, [Removed]
