As soon as you move in, they will start adding additional fees. They automatically put it in our bills and up the level of care even though one person would say that my mother was on level one care the other person would say she's on level two and they were charge the level two price, on more than one occasion, we had to produce our lease and contract to show that we were being overcharged and only event did they remove the fees only again a month later to add them back in, would not move here again.

We chose the Vincent and the special discounts incentivized the move where mother had very little out of pocket expenses. Great culture with the staff. [name removed] and [name removed] were exceptionally helpful and professional. Everyone is 1st class

The staff is wonderful, caring and really enjoy their residents. I believe it's a new place that hasn't got all of the bugs worked out yet. But I do feel that my parent is safe at the Vincent. Hopefully everything will come together soon.I would say it's a great idea if they had everything together . It's too expensive and the way it is now right now not really getting your moneys worth. It's beautiful and nice and clean. BUT Hallways are really long and all look pretty much the same so confusing to get anywhere for some elderly.

A Place for Mom has scored The Vincent 7.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
