The Village at Inverness

What our family likes the most about the North Woods Village is all of the help they have. They are all very friendly and call my husband and myself by name. We also like how well they remember everyone's name which is amazing to me.

My family and loved one have had an excellent experience with North Woods Village! Everyone here is friendly and caring. The community is well staffed, and the staff is very dedicated to the resident's care. The family has been very pleased with North Woods Village. My loved one is doing well here. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The staff and leadership team at North Woods Village were warm and welcoming to me as I visited their campus for the first time. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was sweet and helpful. I highly recommend taking a tour if you or your loved one is looking for assisted living with memory care options!

Every single interaction with this team is wonderful! I am so grateful to work aside this team in the Healthcare industry! It is such a beautiful community and we can always count on them to partner with us for events.

Northwoods Village is a great place with some of the nicest staff around! True memory care at its finest. They also provide support to family members and are great at giving back to the community. Class act!

The staff at North Woods Village of Inverness is great! They are kind and helpful. They work diligently to provide good customer service to all residents. The memory care rep is super! They take a very proactive approach and hold memory care support groups.

I've had the pleasure of working with North Woods Village of Inverness Lakes in Fort Wayne multiple times and believe them to be a wonderful Dementia community. They are always quick to respond when I have questions or referrals, and they offer the help that families really need. The staff takes pride in all they do as they deliver quality care and compassion to their clients/residents. They also provide ongoing education to the community and are very involved with the Alzheimer's Association. I would highly recommend them for Assisted Living Dementia care needs.

We have been very pleased with North Woods Village. They always keep the residents busy - sometimes I have a hard time catching her because she is so busy. They do music programs, entertainment that comes in, games etc. The value is there because you definitely get what you pay for. The facility is very well staffed and she always gets what she needs. I like the personalized attention mom gets, it is a total dementia facility so the staff are well trained. She is a challenge and they are very patient with her. She is up and moving around more and that has been very good for her. Mom is very happy here and she keeps saying she is so lucky to have such a wonderful home. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for memory care.

North Woods Village is absolutely the best memory care facility. My friend came from another facility, and the difference is like night and day. This facility is very thorough. They were very nice during the touring and registration process, and now that she has moved in and settled in, that level of attention and care is just as strong. I see her and the other residents receiving excellent care. The staff who have previously worked elsewhere tell me this is the best one by far. And I can attest to that as well. They're expensive, but you get what you pay for - it's definitely worth it.

My loved is in a safe and secure environment being well taken care. This allows our family to know she is taken care. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They try to keep the residents in the common area versus secluded in their rooms. The location is great and convenient for us. They also have a great reputation.

The community is very neat and clean. My loved one looks better and has a lot more energy. Communication is good between the staff and our family. They keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

When we are able to visit the community the lobby and courtyard are always very clean, and when it comes to the care services they really seem to be on top of it. Looking at the list of activities, they really do seem to have a wide variety of things for the residents to participate in.

We like the way they get to know our loved one, the only bad thing is sometimes when i call in the evenings no one answers. The rooms at this community are excellent. We do know there has been a new chef hired, but the chef prior was pretty good.

We are very pleased with the care our Dad is receiving! The staff is very friendly and his spirits are better than they have been in the past several years! He is set in his ways - that is for sure, but they are still good to him and he is very healthy! He is smiling again and does not complain about being there. He has been there 9 months and we hope he can continue to be there... :-)

Beautiful newer facility: wonderful caring staff members. Able to call in resources when short staffed.

My brother is still taking some time to adjust with his move to this community, but I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. This is a wonderful community with a great staff. The staff is outstanding, they are taking very good care of him, and his needs. They have been supportive, and great to work with. I know I made a great choice with moving him here. Everything is working out very well, and I would recommend this community.

I am happy with the care that my father is getting. The staff is always nice and attentive. The meals are nutritious and very good for him. The community is clean at all times. I like that he is staying active with the other residents and the staff knows what to do. I would recommend this community to others

It was nice but I would rather stay on the North side of Ft Wayne.
