I am writing this review because I felt I was shown no compassion while I was in the hospital . Up to that moment I had nice things to say about the villa , while I was close to death, a staff called me in the hospital to give me one day to remove my belongings after I had been in hospital past 15 days. I was going through serious medical issues and had to try to find someone to pick up my belongings. I also had a good amount of money hid in my room and when my belonging was picked up, a staff member had stolen my money . As a person on disability a dollar is a lot but over a thousand can put you in a place where you wonder how can a staff member do that. So please do not put your trust in staff or upper management.

Wife was a patient. was told husband would take home dirty clothes. Was ignored by the staff resulting in missing and never found articles. Food was very substandard. was a fall risk. Fell out of bed and broke her nose.

This community is horrible I have been here 4 different times and every time it keeps getting worse. They are the most sloppy and uncaring community. The service is Poor. People feel so unsafe here its ridiculous. They tell you one thing then do another which makes them even more scary. They can't maintain the care there. Very understaffed. The dementia patients need more attention.

The Villa at Middleton is getting ready for a major renovation and in the mean time the maintenance of the community looks neglected. The community needs major attention and needs to be kept better while residents are in the facility. The food overall is not appetizing. I had to take food to my mom daily because she could not eat the food served. I would rate the staff a 5 out of 5! They were very attentive and friendly.
