They appear to be fully capable of handling residents with needs up to be but barely short of being a nursing home. This comes with an extensive schedule of fees of course. My brother seems to know more about their greeter, [name removed], and he has a negative impression of her. She made a point of pulling out their brochure/prospectus and marking up (increasing) their fee schedule. They have no permanent openings at present but have some 1 month "temporary" rooms available.
