The Rehab Center at Wedgwood Gardens

Excellent care! The nurses and especially the aids at Wedgwood Gardens have been giving my Mom outstanding care for many weeks now. Everyone is absolutely amazing, so kind, patient and dedicated! Recommended!

My father-in-law has been a resident at Wedgwood for almost a year now. Staff is caring and we're notified immediately if there are any concerns regarding his care. Most of the staff know him by name. We are very happy with his care.

The staff at Wedgewood Gardens was extremely kind, caring, and compassionate to my mother. Everyone made her stay a pleasant one, and went above and beyond to make sure all of her needs were met. I highly recommend Wedgwood Gardens to anyone in need of senior care.

My Dad was at Wedgewood for 2 months. The staff was always attentive and caring and respectful of him. They communicated frequently with us on his condition and always made us feel like they were in this with us and we were not alone. From the social workers, to the nurses, aids and rehabilitation staff everyone was responsive, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend this facility.

After surgery my mother needed care to help get her back on her feet. The staff at Wedgewood were very caring and truly supportive in helping get her walking and moving. The nurses looked out for her and were sure to build a relationship which helped in her recover.

I can not thank the staff at wedgewood gardens enough for the wonderful care they gave my father. My dad came in to the rehab center not mobile and with a wound vac . By the end of that first week he made such huge improvements I was amazed! He was well taken care of and I was very impressed by their PT room/equipments. The physical Therapists are wonderful! My father went from being immobile even needing help getting in and out of bed to standing up by himself and walking without a walker or any assistance in no time! His wound was well taken care of and he did not have any complications and the wound vac was even removed cuz they wound was healing very well. I would absolutely recommend Wedgewood Gardens to anyone looking for a great patient centered facility for their loved one. A place they will be well taken care of and given the right care for them. Had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional care and warmth at Wedgwood Gardens. The staff showed genuine compassion, and their attentiveness to every resident's needs was remarkable. The facility was clean, comfortable, and provided a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them for their outstanding care and dedication!

We were hesitant to send my mom to a facility. Placing her at Wedgewood was the best decision we ever made. It is clean and the activities are top notch. My mom is happy, well groomed, and is just loving it there. The communication has been wonderful! There is a private room where families can meet. The care that my mom is receiving makes my family and I feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. It is a wonderful place for a loved one!

We were hesitant to move my mother into a facility. It was the BEST decision we ever made to have her be at Wedgewood. The staff and activities are amazing and my mother is so happy, well groomed, and motivated to participate in all of the activities that are offered. Her room is always clean as well as the entire facility. She also loves the food. This place has literally been a life safer. There is also a beautiful room where family and friends can have a private gathering. We feel safe, at ease, and comfortable.

Everything from top to bottom was terrific. My brother received tremendous care while at Wedgwood Gardens Care Center for rehab. I give the highest regards to all the nurses and staff at Wedgwood Gardens of Freehold.

Everything was perfect. The nursing staff was amazing and very attentive to my needs. The aides were terrific. If I went back out to the hospital, I'd want to come back to Wedgwood for my rehab.

My Mom was in Wedgewood for 11 years. As long as I micro managed my Mom's care, all was good. I do not feel the staff was honest with me with certain issues. I feel like they were covering up for one another. The owners [names removed], did not even call me or send a card when Mom passed away. So, my feeling is: Ok we are done with her we get no more money from her. So sad and so cold. In the beginning I had certain issues that were not being addressed. so, I called the State. I was told that if I call the state one more time, I can take my Mother out. That is against the law to do. So, now that she is gone I guess I have every right to call the state and have them investigate certain issues that I had. If you are willing to stay on top of your loved ones care, it may not be bad. I suggest you keep notes on concerns and how they were handeled.

I've been to multiple rehabs in the last three years for my knees and Wedgwood is definitely the best I've been to. The care is excellent and the rehab therapists are intelligent and helpful. It's a good feeling to be in a place where people care! It's also a very clean building and the food is delicious. Highly recommend.

This place is awful. They promise great things but when it came down to care, everything had to be told what to do and needed to be asked several times. If a patient is disabled he cannot ask several times! They also screwed us over, they promised to accept my father, admitted on day 1 and told he is being discharged 2 days later. We were stuck scrambling of where to place him. So save yourself the heartache and skip those facility And go somewhere else!!
