Ever Hopeful - Loved one of resident/client

Experiencing disappointment.

When we first picked this facility, it had just been purchased from a family owned business, and 'was' rated 5-Star. There have been at least 4 administrators and the staff changes quite a bit. On weekends, I feel a home should still run the same as weekdays - as it is a residence for most there... but it seems on weekends there are fewer staff members, and no one watching the front area at all. No one visibly in charge making sure it's running like well-oiled machine. Time will tell as I hope for positive changes, and I'd like to choose a higher rating, but not at this time. Hope it gets better.

Seven days at the Pointe

I spent 7 days in REHab after release from St Luke's Hosip. I had a triple heart bypass. I was in st Luke's from [dates removed] and then released for rehab. I was sent to the Pointe for rehab and released on the [dates removed]. The stay was aided by physical strengthening and protecting the wounds . The medical staff was very competent and had an answer for any need. The food served was good, varied and more than suffient. The cost was piaid by Medicare
