It is a very very beautiful facility, but the main problem was the staffing. There was absolutely no staffing, it made communication difficult which made us nervous and uneasy about leaving her there alone. We just had high hopes.

The Pavillion at El Dorado Hills is exactly the home I didn’t think I would ever find for my best friend...my mother! From the very beginning and continually throughout these trying times they have kept in constant touch with me about mommy’s emotional and physical well being. I highly recommend this “home” away from home for anyone needing the best care possible.

A Place for Mom has scored The Pavilion at El Dorado Hills 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
