I really love living here. The meals, so far, have been good. Today my apartment was cleaned( once a week cleaned and they wash the sheets and towels and they make the bed). I like the full kitchen, even though I don't plan to cook and the large patio and the gas fireplace. Everyone is friendly. And great storage and closets. I would recommend this facility to others.

The Oaks of Pasadena is a beautiful campus. The staff are the best and this is what separates them from other independent livings. The food at the restaurant is phenomenal with great variety of food. The monthly buffets are a great treat. Their are many events for the residents to enjoy.

Starting my third year and more than pleased. Staff is outstanding and truly try to please. They also keep me fit physically and entertained. Food is really good and varied. Even make my bed in the morning.

The oaks of Pasadena truly feels like home. The office staff and serving staff is extremely helpful including [name removed] the concierge, [name removed] the activities coordinator, and [name removed] the sales coordinator. I love it here

When you live at The Oaks, you are treated like royalty. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. You also live in a wonderful park like setting. The grounds are green and spacIous.

Lisa is not the usual in this position for my friend and I found her manner to be nasty, shrill, officious and genuinely very unpleasant. We left after about 3 minutes and did not see more than the dining room entry. We felt sorry for the residents. How can she keep that job is a wonder? Scary!!

Elegant and very upscale retirement community nestled in a park like setting. Staff was extremely helpful during the tour showing everything from a studio to a expanded two bedroom apartment. Lunch was delicious. I ate with two female residents who told me that they had been there a couple years and really enjoyed living there. I could see why. Apartments were nicely laid out with resident upgrades optional.

The staff was a ten if I could give them that. The food was very good. I don't see anything that could be done different, or better. The transition has been so easy. They have a shuttle service that takes them anywhere in a ten mile radius. If you don't like what's on the menu they will make something else. It's a little more active, and they allow animals. This place is GREAT!!! It's a very warm environment. It's very spacious, the apartment is huge!
