Fabulous place

A few months ago I began searching for assisted living for mother. After touring and visiting facilities, I can say that [name removed] was the absolute best at helping me decide the level of care for mom and explaining how everything worked. She truly has her heart in it. I am so pleased with everyone that works there. They all work as a team to make the facility work well for the residents. The activities, the food, the maintenance and kindness they have for the residents is all amazing. I am relieved to know mom is safe and taken care of in every way. It is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere.... Read more

Great customer service

While at the neighborhood visiting during lunch meal. The food looked very good, was nice hot, and tasted great! The kitchen staff really cares about the community as shown by how they take pride in their work. Great experience! Would recommend anyone who is in need of assistance to check this place out.....

Great Place

My loved one was previously a resident at The Neighborhood at Paducah. I have all good things to say about this facility. The facility was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. The dining room had cloth table cloths and cloth napkins. The meals looked very good. Communication with the family was great, the staff kept us informed. I would recommend The Neighborhood at Paducah to others.

great experience, wonderful respite care, would recommend

5 stars for all except the last two - It is very expensive and there are not many activities or many people in general around. My dad said that he loved the staff and thought they were just fantastic. I live in another state so didn't get to observe anything myself. He also raved about the food. They cook everything from scratch there. He was here for respite and the minimum stay for that was 2 weeks at a time a believe. At the end they worked with us on a day by day basis so I didn't have to pay another 2 weeks.

My tour review

This community was so good that we went back for a second tour. The services being provided were not as much as what we were looking for for our loved one.

My mom is doing just great

My mom has really settled in here and I have to say the staff here are so engaging with all of the residents. Sometimes when I have lunch with my mom they'll join us at our table, in fact, one of them even brought his little daughter to meet my mom and she was thrilled. The offer lots of different amenities for the residents to take part in and I like that there are different levels of care here as well. I would definitely recommend this community and their great staff.

Great place for mom!

My mother moved into Morningside and I think it's just a good place. It's a smaller community and that allows residents to get more individualized care. I think they are short staffed but I understand that isn't necessarily their fault and it's mostly state restrictions. My mother loves the food and that's actually her favorite part!
