The Lodge at Greeley

In our case my mother is receiving very good care. It is important that a family member is involved in the resident's daily care. Mom has a wonderful relationship with several of the residents which makes assisted living more enjoyable for her. She also enjoys some of the activities such a music and worship services. From a medical perspective, mom is being cared for by Optimal Hospice and they are doing a great job. Overall mom is doing well at this community.

What we like the most about The Lodge is the people. [name removed] has made some wonderful friendships. The activities are great. Nothing is perfect but t The Lodge sure does work to make their people feel loved and cared for

He is in the memory care side and says the food isn't as good as it is for the assisted living side. Most staff is friendly but as in anything some are not as good as others. I normally don't rate anything the best because there is always room for improvement. There were far more activities for residents on the assisted living side so the ratings are based on the present situation. I would recommend the facility because talking to people it is basically the same everywhere or worse.

So they put on a great show to get people in there but they are short staffed. The food is awful and some amenities are being shut down. The faculties beautiful and clean but not much follow up on resident needs. Overall I would say it is overpriced for what you get.

We have better success with care of our client if we do visual checks multiple times a week. Friendly staff was what sold us, and staff has continued to be friendly.

The newness of the facility and the friendliness of all of the staff are the main reasons we chose The Lodge at Greeley over other places we saw. They are all very caring. Unfortunately like all places just not enough people willing g to work in today's work force.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Lodge at Greeley and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. All of the staff are super friendly and the residents seem happy and active. Communication with the family is wonderful and they are consistently asking for opinions on ways to improve in all areas. I would highly recommend The Lodge at Greeley to others.

The care givers are helpful and kind to the residents. The facility is clean and maintained well. The activities director is great and works hard to provide suitable activity opportunities for the residents. The on site medical provider, Bloom Healthcare, is excellent and provides compassionate care to their patients. There was an emphasis on compassionate care for my mom. So far they have lived up to that commitment.

My mom was previously a resident at The Lodge at Greeley and it was a great experience for her at this facility. The CNA's are good, the admin staff can be difficult to get a response from sometimes. It is somewhat frustrating trying to get into the facility on the weekends. We got no help with the move in, but they did have carts to use. I think the food was good and the activities were good. My mom went into hospice care and passed a week ago, so she was only there for 3 months.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Lodge at Greeley. The move-in process was rough because the Salesman and the Director misunderstood one another about finances and we had to scramble to pay rent. The doctor was not present and should have been as part of the check-in team. It took 48 hours to straighten out my loved one's prescriptions. Communication needs improvement! One person says one thing, then we learn the opposite. The director and head nurse do not listen to me. They think they know my loved one's case, but I know it better, because I have been power of attorney and guardian for several years. I emailed the Director a list of concerns a month ago, she has not responded. However, the cleanliness, quality of food, and friendliness of the Aides is all good. Overall, I would recommend the Lodge to others.

We picked this community for our loved one, because of the vibrant/positive residents no matter their level of care or age. They also had, some wonderful activities for the residents. My sister has met so many new friends and is thriving.

We recently lost both of our parents within 15 days apart in May, but the Lodge at Greeley was amazing at meeting some of their needs that we had. The staff is very caring and some of the people went above and beyond at the community.

They were great and very patient with my mom and as I observed, with all residents. Always cared about what we had concerns with. Very professional and helpful especially when my Mom went on hospice to the end. I highly recommend this facility too everyone who is looking for a safe friendly environment for their loved one.

Best place in Greeley for a resident, either in memory care or assisted living! Meals look and smell good. Good portion size, and includes dessert and a drink. Three meals daily, plus snacks in the afternoon and morning. Residents have two choices for entrees, plus a starch and veggies at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is standard fare.

What really stood out to us and what gave us a great first impression were the staff - they are incredible friendly and we love that the residents living there can become ambassadors and help greet and show the newer residents around. Most of the time our loved one really enjoys the meals and they do a great job with activities. He loves playing bocce balls, he goes to there different exercise classes and he enjoys the concerts they put on.

My loved one is 100 years old and she is very interactive. The place is close to home and very convient. It's warm and friendly, and I love the atmosphere. They are always on top of things, and always providing an update.

It's very nice and new. It has high turnover. The food is subpar at best. My loved one is really happy here and made a lot of friends. Out of any of the places in Greeley, this would be the place I would pick.
