I’ve been at The Jackson Renaissance for about a month now, and so far, I’m very pleased. The apartment itself is just wonderful, I’m very happy. It’s a two bedroom plan with washer and dryer in unit, ceiling fans, high ceilings, and large windows that let in lots of light. The management is going through a transition right now, but it is still a secure, tightly run community. Staff is easy to reach and very helpful. Maintenance staff is also full time. The only issue is that the landscaping is not very good, and the place has a low curb appeal as a result of the previous landscaper’s poor job. There is no drainage in the gardens, poor mulch was put down, shade plats were placed in sun, sun plants in the shade, but the new management has budgeted in new landscaping so this may improve soon. The common spaces are very well maintained and are impeccably clean, and they have a very nice party room that residents can rent out for events. All in all, The Jackson has been a life changing experience for me, and I would recommend it to others.... Read more
