The Gardens at Laguna Springs is a one of a kind community. The 24-hour nursing care gives us peace of mind, knowing they're always supported. The chef-prepared meals are a highlight—delicious and nutritious, making dining a joyous occasion. The activities are engaging and varied, keeping them stimulated and happy. It's more than just a residence; it's a nurturing community where families feel truly cared for.

Response from The Gardens at Laguna Springs
September 29, 2023Thank you for your review of The Gardens! We are so glad that you've been able to experience our friendly staff and beautiful community!
I toured this community and was met with a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff greeted me and answered all of my questions. It was lunch time and the residents were eating & seemed cheerful & well cared for. The food smelled amazing.. There were no smells & looked very clean. I’m early in the search phase but am pretty sure this will be the place I choose for my uncle when I finally decide to move him from out of state.

Response from The Gardens at Laguna Springs
September 28, 2022Louann S. We’re sorry to hear about your mother’s unfortunate experience but we believe you may have the wrong senior living community. We at The Gardens at Laguna Springs strive to provide the best Distinctive Memory Care for our residents and would take corrective action immediately if we were to receive a complaint such as this. If we can help you in any way or if you would like to provide us with more details, please feel welcome to call our community at (916) 667-3167. Thank you.
Gorgeous facility driving by and first appearance. Had my loved one here when it first opened. Awful experience! They are on 3rd or 4th Executive Director staff turnover for a reason. Untrained staff. The food is beyond awful was promised chef inspired meals, was told alternate menus avail untrue. Several families brought serious concerns to the Corporate Office and they came to listen but nothing changed. Families who cared witnessed unsafe conditions, neglect, more then you would know. When it was brought to Management it was ignored, false accusations against families and residents happen all the time. Ask around community and visit state licensing talk to Ombudsman to get facts. Please do not put loved ones here please do research.

I have moved a new family into our community and the food was the biggest concerns at their former community and I brought them food from our culinary chef and they were so amazed they moved and are extremely happy with the food .

The Gardens at Laguna Springs is a wonderful memory care facility. All of the staff, caregivers, nurses, housekeeping and administration really care for the residents. I have seen the employees positively interact with all the residents including my Mom. They take the time to greet the residents at each opportunity. I have tasted the wonderful meals served in the dining room. My Mom enjoys her meals and looks forward to each meal. I couldn't ask for a better place for my Mom.

The entire staff has pretty much turned over since our loved one being there, so we now only see a few familiar faces. We do think they would benefit from having some sort of meet and greet or orientation to better know the upper management. However the staff in the beginning just really stood out to us, their attention to detail was fantastic, they were very understanding and very hands-on when she was moving in. She was one of the first few residents coming to The Gardens and it just seemed like an overall good environment.

It is a smaller community they are not at full capacity yet, but they are getting bigger and they are bringing back more activities. Our loved one is happy with the meals and the staff members do a great job with communicating with the residents families.

A Place for Mom has scored The Gardens at Laguna Springs 8.6 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
