We had a good tour at The Craig. I thought it was a nice facility, but it just wasn't right for us. Their prices were ridiculous. And I wasn't wild about he facility having hills along the way to get to the dining room.
we went on an extremely brief tour of the Craig and they seemed very disinterested in our family. it's important to note that a few years prior, my loved one intended on moving in and paid a deposit. they decided against moving in, but did not receive their money back. i did mention this to them, so i'm unsure if that's why they barely showed us around. they never followed back up with us and seemed blasé about our consideration of choosing their community. the value wasn't there, as it was a tad more expensive than the community we chose.
