The Courtyards Assisted Living and Memory Care

I would definitely recommend The Courtyards. I know that my family member is comfortable, safe, and has 24/7 access to caregivers. Any concerns I have had, have been addressed immediately. The facilities are quite clean and fresh; and the atmosphere is very friendly.

Everyone is very kind, helpful, and respectful, and offer the dignity deserved by the elders, near end of life - as well as to families. It's only been less than three months, but, the food is definitely nutritious and tasty (not frozen, reheated etc!) Their advertisements are genuine and true. Everyone seems to be genuinely professional, knowledgeable & caring. Nice, clean, well-maintained rooms & facility. Unfortunately laundry seems to be a problem at every facility. But everything else is great! So far I would most definitely recommend to anyone for loved ones in memory care. I am so grateful and appreciative of everything having to do with The Courtyards.

It is a great place you just need to make sure you stay in touch with them. They don't always tell you everything going on with your loved one. The food is enjoyed by my loved one. They even think it is like homemade.

They do have a lot of turnover in staff, it seems like they cant keep people so it is hard to get to know anyone and how they treat my loved one. They have plenty of activities for the residents and they are appropriate, but sometimes the activities don't happen when they say they are going to. The food is improving since they have hired a new manager. There are a lot of good things about the facility but there is always room for improvement.

I don't think this community should call themselves memory care due to the lack of knowledge. They are not able to deal with severe memory care patients. I don't know if any community really can handle this type of memory care to be fair.

The Courtyards community is kept clean and there were never any fowls smells. This community is very nice and the rooms there were always clean. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The staff at The Courtyard were wonderful to work with. Very helpful and caring people, unfortunately, dad fell attempting to get out of bed the first day and due to other problems went back into the hospital followed by skilled nursing. That's where he still resides. I can't say enough about [names removed], fantastic staff! They understood dad needed more than just mental care. Mom will live there when she's ready.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my wife since she has made the move into this community. The staff are very friendly and have made sure to accommodate her needs to the best of there ability. The property is very clean and they have many great amenities available throughout the week for everyone. Overall I am very happy and would recommend it to anyone.

The Courtyards is a superb place. They have a large variety of food choices and go out if their way to please their residents. The food is great, they have soups and fresh vegetables all of the time. The place is clean and always smells clean. They have a lot of activities my father has been joining. He has been doing a lot of walking and joining their exercise program they have in mornings. On Friday, they take the residents out for lunch to diiferent restsurants each time. I highly recommend this place!

All of the staff at The Courtyards are very nice. My loved one has mentioned how nice everyone is multiple times, and what I like the most is they all seem to get along, both the residents and all of the staff. They have a good repor. The place is kept very clean and is well maintained, and I haven't heard any complaints about the food. We would defiantly recommend them to a friend or anyone looking for great care.

My mother in law is doing well since moving into The Courtyards. The community is nice and the grounds are well maintained. The staff keep us updated on her care and are friendly. There is a variety of foods to choose from and although I have not had a chance to try it she has not made any complaints. There are activities there, however due to her dementia she is not able to participate. I would recommend this community.

They are the most helpful people. I appreciate them and the facility. It is very clean and it's a brand new place. They have everything. They feed them well and take care of them well. It's 24/7 care. I have no complaints. The people in charge are excellent. If you have any issues you go directly to them and there is nothing they do not take care of. It's wonderful. It also very secure.
