Terraza Court Senior Living

They just had a lot of replacing staff and main management so hopefully it's still just as good. Prices are expensive everywhere so that's why I put a 3 but overall I would give them a 4.

My loved one is currently a resident at Terrraza Court Senior Living and the overall experience has been just okay. Their staffing level is low. Also, the facility needs a good cleaning/spot painting. I only recommend Terraza Court Senior Living based on the price, but as always, you get what you pay for.

NO STARS ! HIGH RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS PLACE !! I highly recommend you do not put your loved one in this colony of people that don't have no care . They will be pictures included. Stating everything I'll talk about. A lot of guidelines and host protocols numerously be broken on a daily. But that's not everything .... Since the ending of [date removed] to be precise of this year 2024 . Untill now I been observing everything from new management and new employees on a daily basis within those 2 1/2 months without any additional improvements , enhances or solutions. As a former family member & visitor , I was looking for the past 4 months, and honestly the amount they're ( executive Director [name removed] ) along with (manger/ assistant [name removed]) asking for is ridiculous for a single room starting price is around [removed]and up a single room , and there are some resident that pay even more and they shared a room with other client. We did a whole walk-through and it's about a go

It turns out they had a big problem with understaffing when my mom entered the facility in December 2022. The first few days were very stressful, although the few staff that were available did seem to step up and tried to provide the level of care that my mother needed. My mom unfortunately passed after the first week of being there so I can't speak to whether they solved those problems. I know management was aware of it and they were trying to deal with it.

Terraza Court Senior Living, Executive Director, [name removed], is amazing; she’s compassionate, engaging and passionate about her duties. [name removed], is the perfect person to welcome new residents and their families to Terraza Court. The staff and activities helped my Mom adjust as well.

I could not recommend Terraza Court. Had to move [name removed] after 6 months because the level of care was not sufficient. No continuity of care with caregivers especially with temporary employees. Staffing was not sufficient to take care of residents.

My loved one is a resident at Terraza Court. For the price, I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is very nice. I would recommend it. We picked this community because, it was the most reasonable one for my father.

It is hard to say what we liked most about the community because our loved one only stayed there for a few months last year before her passing. However based on the experience we did have with Terraza Court, we would recommend them to other families. The staff members were highly tentative to the patient needs

My mother was only there for 5 days before she passed. It was in the middle of a Covid lockdown which admittedly made things more difficult. They were having some bad staffing problems which the management at the facility completely avoided telling us about. Most of the employees were super nice although stretched very thin. Except for some temp contract employees they brought in to help that were not very nice. It has potential to be a nice place if they iron the bugs out. My lesson learned is that in the selection process you should always talk to some of the actual workers and not just the exec and marketing managers .

Loved one was in memory care. Overall, it was very clean. The people were caring and I would recommend this place.

The thing that was most apparent to us was how open and inviting the fell of the community was. From the staff to the residents it just feels welcoming. They have activities like bingo and other things for the residents to do to keep busy. I like it a lot here it has been a great fit for our family.

We chose Terraza Court because of the cleanliness of the facility, there was no smell when you walk in. Also the friendliness of the administrative staff as well as the location was convenient to me. We also liked that the population was diverse at the facility. They do offer shared and private rooms, right now he has a shared room. The staff really seem to care about their residents, they are punctual, and I feel confident with my person in their care. Whenever I have voiced any concerns, they are always taken care of. I would recommend to others looking.
