They have done a great job working with us during difficult times. They take very good care of our guy. The food is good and we do not worry at all about his care. The facility is clean and is run well.

My mama was only there 6 days before she was moved to Hospice. But they seemed to check in on her more and were very helpful with her move there. Their quality of care seemed better than where she was before.

It was good for my brother. He got back on his feet and able to move out on his own. I would recommend others to consider it after they check it out for themselves

Activities - No off campus activities planned. Value for Cost - We feel it is a little pricey considering no off campus activities and rooms are not swept and moped enough. We would recommend this community to other families but it is a little pricey. Terra Bella is a nice community with extremely friendly, helpful staff. Our family appreciates their dedication to the residents and their families.

She always raves about the food. My biggest negative is that I am there at least 5 times a week usually after 4 in the evening. And they always seem to be understaffed..... after 7 pm I frequently need to go to the assisted living side to find an employee. My grandmother is in memory care. But she does not need assistance with showering. Or anything like that, she just needs. Monitored all the time to prevent wandering outside. So they do a great job with that.

I would recommend TerraBella Marchbanks to others. The staff is attentive and also easy to reach and communicate with. The atmosphere is pleasant and the facility is clean. The meals are a disappointment, the quality is sub par. The activities are not as often as displayed on the schedule and there is no Church Service on Sundays as we were first led to believe. Although, they do have a very small Bible Study. The move in process was easy. Very efficient. The Director, RN, Activities Director and Maintenance man all do their job and do it well.

TerraBella Marchbanks could use more staffing, they are usually short handed - that could be an improvement. With that improvement we do think we would recommend this community to other families.

They are taking excellent care of my mom and know me by name!! Overall the facility is clean. However there is one woman who is on my mom's floor that often refuses to bathe and can smell, at times so bad that the hallway smells. She has no family unfortunately so they are working with her conservator to help change things. Staff is very friendly! They know me by name and they know my mom very well. We've had a couple of 3rd shift issues but they have been addressed. My mom still needs a lot of assistance and they are always willing to help. She gets her meds on time and they assist her with physical therapy and bathing. The meals and dining are a 3 according to my mom's thoughts. However the couple of times we've been there it looks pretty good. My only concern is that they seem to serve a lot of carbs like rice and peas at the same time for example. Activities are everyday Monday through Friday and they have them posted by day as well as by month so I would say that's a. Compared to other facilities they charge less yet do so much for their residents. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and relatives if they needed a place.

We found Terra Bella Marchbanks through our paid private consultant/navigator whom my sister in law knew and also who had first hand experience with the personnel there. I had requested and received information on communities in the Greenville, Easley areas only. With that being said, we are pleased with that Terra Bella Marchbanks Anderson and we are so grateful for my Sister in Law for her directing us in to facility.

This facility has been a great place for my loved one. I would definitely recommend this facility to other people. The staff are very kind and friendly from the director, to the nurse and the business office folks. The aides are warm and very personable. They call everyone by name including family members and go out of their way to provide social activities, holiday decorations, and personal touches to engage the residents. The food is very good and there is a hairdresser who comes once a week and is quite good.

The community is having staffing problems, like everyone is currently. My friend's room isn't as clean or not getting cleaned enough due to the staffing challenges the community is experiencing. The community is able to accommodate my friend's request in allowing them to eat the same thing for lunch and dinner. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in. My friend doesn't like to participate, so I couldn't rate the activities. There are bird feeds in the courtyard areas for the residents to enjoy watching them at the feeders.

Terrabella Marchbanks was truly lifesaving for my wife's parents at a time of crisis and showed exceptional levels of caring and compassion. We met with [name removed], the executive director, at a point when we had very little time to arrange for care and he both expedited their transfer and made sure that there was continuity of care. Both he and the rest of the staff went far above the call of any reasonable expectation of care. The compassion they showed was truly genuine and very welcome. We have nothing but praise for them and the facility.

We chose Marchbanks because of the location, it is very easy access for family. The staff are very good with communication and keep you well information. We have been very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend them.

I'm very well pleased. My loved one is doing well now. The people here are wonderful. If I was a working age, I would be working there, as I love it. The staff take great care of my loved one. They know the families and the residents. The community is assisting my loved one in therapy with using a bowling set. This floored me.

Our experience was during the pandemic. The stay was short for the family and our loved one at Marchbanks. This was my loved one's happy place. I began to love the staff that worked with my loved one.

They have been able to do some in person activities, and the community is clean. They had a good response when it came to covid they took it very serious and had very low numbers. They also have been really good at keeping the communication going, and to make sure families can set up video calls, and schedule inside and outside visits.

The friendliness of the staff was very good, we were very happy with the Marchbanks community. We absolutely highly recommend it to others.

Great security at entrance but once inside I was left alone until I asked for help. They thought I was there to see a resident. Room size OK but no 1 bedroom suites. Residents were all in their rooms. No one active.
