Sunrise Manor is a senior apartment complex in colorful Buena Vista, Colorado. True to its name, this small town doesn’t have a bad view. From almost anywhere in town the majestic Collegiate Peaks are visible on the skyline, their snow-capped peaks serving as the perfect vehicle for the inspiring sunsets that regularly grace the sky in this region.
Although Buena Vista is small — its population is almost 3,000 strong — in the summer months, there's lots of hustle and bustle as tourists come into town to enjoy the legendary white water rafting or numerous mountain climbing opportunities. If you need the diversions of the city, Colorado Springs is about an hour and a half away and offers plenty of shopping and cultural experiences, such as the famous Broadmoor Hotel.
The apartments themselves sit in the center of town, with grocery stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Cabin-like, they fit into the rustic personality of the town, and the interiors are updated with stainless steel appliances in the full kitchens.
