location is great for us, enough staff during the day, I would like the on call nurse to live not more than 10 miles away. The house is in need of minor maintenance and regular upkeep. Aesthetically, inside and outside, it could use some brightening up.

Mom didn't like the bedroom, it was too small. Otherwise a very nice home.
