When I first visited this building, everyone seemed friendly and caring. After I visited several times, I found that the staff (some, not all) was short-tempered and not nice to some of the patients. My friend is no longer there. I am certain that if they do not get a positive review, this will never see the light of day~~~but at least I tried.

I am sure it was nice at one time, but not now. Sad to say that it may look beautiful, but that is about it. The kitchen and housekeeping staff seems nice enough------but the nursing care is bad. When they don't THINK anyone is listening, they will complain about residents that require more help, and say "they don't belong here". It is very hurtful. This is a review of the original building, not the Memory Unit. The lna's on the Memory Unit seem hard working, and to care. However, one of the Memory care patients got out of their lockdown building earlier this year!!! Thank goodness someone found him in the pArking lot!!!!! I am sure it must have been reported to the State, so you can look there.

[Removed] was an excellent tour guide. The facility was very clean, bright and cheery. All of the residents who I saw seemed very happy. The units are small but perfect for one person. There are lots of activities going on. I was impressed.

We like the tour of this community for my sister's care. We liked the staff who were caring and helpful to the questions we had. We like the list of the healthy menu that was available. They have activities for the residents to participate. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
