At first, I was using them 5 days a week. The 2 people that we had prepared the meals that I asked them to prepare well. I thought they did a good job with light cleaning. People should know that the owner wants to provide more full time care, not 1 or 2 days a week and on fixed schedule. My Mom got better and no longer needed their services. The administrative people that I dealt with were excellent. On Boarding went very smoothly, the scheduler was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company if you are looking for full time assistance.

It was a home services. It's a friendly option if you are looking for bi-lingual support. But if you don't speak Spanish/Portuguese they may not be bake to converse with you which can turn into a safety/liability issue.

What our family really likes the most about the Sudbury River Home Care is the quality and caring personnel. The staff members are fully engaged with our loved one and are ready to help. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this home care service to other families.

This is a wonderful service. The staff have been outstanding and have been able to get me, someone, as soon as needed when I got home. The caretaker it outstanding with the help and I like knowing that she arrives on time each day to help me with the responsibilites needed. I would recommend this great service and the staff who have been very kind.

I'm so grateful that Homewatch was there when I needed emergency home care for my mother. They were so awesome. It was easy and we were able to be covered right away with reliable staff!

I am very happy with the service that I have received from this in home care service. The staff have always been very nice and helpful. They were able to find someone that I like that was very helpful for my mom's needs. the care taker arrived on time and was very kinds and respectful. We like that she was willing to help with my mom's request. We would recommend this serivce and the caretake for excellent care and a good value for the care that we received.

We had a crazy situation on our hands, and we called A Place For Mom, and they got us in touch with Homewatch Caregivers. Andrew was unbelievably responsive, and rerouted someone on their way home so they could be there for us in a crisis situation. They had someone to us within two hours. We are unbelievably grateful for his help and their service. She really enjoyed "the girls" that came out to be with her. Thank You so much for being there!

We could not be happier with the service, Homewatch Caregivers does an excellent job. My Dad has quite extensive care needs, and since starting with Homewatch Caregivers my Mom has sounded so much happier and more relaxed. The staff is responsive and easy to work with, and all of the caregivers they send are polite and friendly. Any time they've had any issues the owner, Andrew, has been right there to help them out. I'm located in a different state than my parents, so knowing that they're being well taken care of really gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend the service!

Their are two male owners of the company Homewatch Caregivers in Framingham. I felt one was very inexperienced in the field of elder care and the other insensitive and self serving. they seemed unorganized and didn't deliver what they said they would, It was difficult to get a schedule of who the caregivers would be and when they were coming. Even the caregivers didn't seem to know in advance what their schedule would be. At one point I was told the two caregivers that my mom was familiar with would be alternating every other day ( my mom needed 24 hour care) but when the weekend came they sent a completely different person! Without even notifying me! The only positive thing I can say is their nurse Sue was a lovely caring person. And two of the four caregivers they sent seemed to have a head on their shoulders.
