Outstanding service and warmth. Great food, abundant and various activities. Beautiful facility. My husband and I visited family in the community all week and enjoyed staying at Storypoint tremendously. Staff is truly special and attentive.

Fantastic place to live! Best option we found and we are delighted for our mom/mother in law. She is active, well fed with excellent food, enjoys her fellow residents, is healthier than she has been in some time and cared for by warm and wonderful staff. Storypoint is a truly special place. Highly recommend it!

Storypoint outshined every other community as we researched options And they fulfilled all promises made once our mother/in-law moved in. She is happier than we could have imagined and when we visited for a week, we saw firsthand how remarkable the staff, food, activities and culture is throughout Storypoint. Wow. Upscale. Everything, everything included. Beautiful building and grounds, literally in a park. All staff trained in memory issues care. Concierge service to make appointments. They will take you to appointments. Small gym. Exercise activities. Restaurant open 12 hours a day with a chef. Included. Just super nice in every way. Like living on a cruise ship. I think it might be out of range for my parents but it's month-to-month so it's always a short term option, in case let's say, dad had knee surgery. They can even do PT right there, or drive you to it... It would be like a vacation!

The staff at StoryPoint was very friendly and informative. The facility was beautiful and offered so much for the residents. I am in the healthcare industry and would recommend StoryPoint to my family/friends and patients/ family members.

Top notch! The kitchen and wait staff should be able to receive gratuities from guests and visitors of the residents. They work so hard!!

I just toured your newest facility in Chesterton, IN. I was amazed!! The resident apartments were lovely, spacious and had all the amenities one needs. I liked the idea of the stackable washer and dryers in each resident apartment. The Bistro and dining areas are amazing. I liked that residents could eat when they wanted to and have a great selection on the menu. I wish this facility had been available when my mother was living. As parents age and children live farther away it is nice to have places like StoryPoint for them to live in. I think the one thing we need to emphasize to people is to be prepared for the day they/we can no longer live alone in their/our homes and need to have the finances to move into a facility that gives them/us a safe, secure environment. I especially liked the layout of StoryPoint, it does not give one the feeling they are in an assisted or care facility. Several years ago we placed my mother in an assisted living facility due to her failing health. I was close by so visited often but while at work I knew she was safe and help was nearby if she needed someone. Sadly, there was not a facility like StoryPoint nearby. She did not have the choices that are offered at your facility i.e. food choices so we often had to take food to her as what was offered did not fit in her dietary needs. No one wants to leave the comfort of a home they have lived in for many years so it is imperative that facility have a "home" feel, and yours definitely does. Thank you!!

Though the rent may seem high at first when you run the numbers for everything that's included, StoryPoint is worth it. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist you. Residents make you feel like part of their extended family. Activities are planned for each day which you can take part in or skip. If I were retired this is where I'd want to be.
