From the beginning of this renting debacle and 11 months later, drugs were being sold from this property out the back door from our building. One man dealt drugs and used, wasn’t even on the lease for 20 years, 58 and living with his 81 yr old mother. He threatened my 81 yr old and my life (75 yrs) more than once because we called the police on him. He is currently in jail. No matter what you told the property manager or main management, they did nothing until he was arrested, 6 months later they banned him from the property, because of our due diligence ! They do not tell you that your electric bill will be in the high hundred and it has bill as well, but give you a $89.00 a month subsidy for your utilities, Doesn’t even begin to cover your two utility bills! They don’t tell you of the very poor windows, air gushing in … Poorly managed , not helpful with issues, example : a broken back building door allowing street traffic, 9 months broken! Run!
