When Millenia Management took over his building we were told of their multi-million dollar renovation plan which was supposed to start in the first quarter of 2019. Since then the only improvements have been to the lobby. There is a constant problem in this building with a lack of hot water. Perhaps they should taker a portion of their pipe-dream 8 million dollars and invest in a new hot water system. Apologies mean nothing.

While it's true the rent is low, you get what you pay for. Utilities are free but turning the heat on is up to the management who doesn't have a slightest idea when to turn it on for their elderly tenants. In November, the heat is still SHUT OFF. It's freezing and no one gives a [removed]. If you elect to have a space heater, then you MUST report this to the management who no doubt will charge you extra. Ditto for the window air conditioner at summer. SUCKS - stay away from this place!!!!
