They do have a doctor that goes on site and takes care of the residents when there is a problem. They also have a pediatrist that comes in once a month. They have a hair dresser as well and she really likes her. If your family needs something from the store, you are able to call the grocery stores and they will deliver it to the facility. I did call the nurse a couple of times they did not get back to me, so they could use some improvement on the communication back to families. My mom cannot say enough about the staff, she absolutely loves them. She also raves about the food and really enjoys the meals. All in all, it has been a good experience.

I am the POA for my elderly aunt with dementia, and I live in Ohio. While it has been difficult living so far from my aunt, she has received excellent care. The nurses, therapists, receptionists, as well as the administrators have all gone above and beyond to provide a family away from home for my aunt. I was often encouraged as the staff listened, problem solved and offered their best counsel. Its an honor to call the Springs home for my Aunt [name removed].

EXTREMELY helpful in our discussion!! However, I don't feel this is a good fit for my mom. It was very cozy and relaxed.

Springs of Lady Lake is the best overall facility in the Villages area for value and service. The staff is VERY well supervised and efficient. They are pleasant to work with. They greet us, know us by name and they are very kind and patient with my mother (even when my mother is crabby) We've worked with other facilities (my mother moved from another state) and I can honestly say the director ([name removed]) is the best administrator we've ever worked with. He returns calls and emails, he's easy to reach and he genuinely cares about our family member. I would highly recommend Springs of Lady Lake, I am very very impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism, personal touch, and compassion for the elderly. As a family, we are thrilled with our choice.

I thought this community looked nice when I visited. The people I met were friendly. This community does offer a few nice amenities, transportation and pets are allowed. I just did not get the same comfortable feeling as I did at the community we chose.

When I was looking for a community to move my mother into, I toured The Springs of Lady Lake. The facility was nice, it was clean and in good shape. The person that took me around friendly in helpful, bit it was too large. I wanted a smaller more intimate place.

Since moving my father from another assisted living facility right down the road that was much nicer in appearance, I have found that care for the residents rather than nice buildings and fireplaces is more what he needed. Moving after 2 yrs from a place that cares more for appearance and profit line with excessive turnover in care takers, It is refreshing to hear my father tell me how much better he is treated and most important, the food is much better. I thank Jackie and Lois for all their efforts and hard work at Springs of Lady lake. If you are tired paying for pretty and want quality care, check them out. Sometimes older buildings are more like home to older folks.

My uncle seems to be doing okay here at this community. It is still a work in progress for us here. Overall so far we feel he is in a good community, we are still working out somethings with the staff. I'am hoping his receiving good care here at this community. Overall it is still a work in progress.

Way too expensive and small rooms without a normal sized refridgerator.
