They are outstanding. I would rate them 100 out of 100. They are very attentive, and caring. It's just a great place! I am very happy, and I can't even begin to tell you just how happy, happy really is!

Spring Branch has really good food, on a scale of 1 to 5 it's a 7. One things that attracted us to Spring Branch is that it has been very helpful to have someone on staff that understands mental illness. The previous place that my brother was at wasn't equipped to handle him, Spring Branch is a much better fit. They've been nothing but cooperative. He gets along with the other residents and likes them. He wants his own room, currently has a roommate but that seems to be working out fine. [He does not care for participating in activities so I am not sure how they rate.] My brother does not handle change well, so we did not tell him he was moving until the day of the move so he would not be stressed out. He left the old place and has never looked back.
