There are few if any amenities here. There are filthy, smelly trash cans that are never cleaned, washers and dryers that are seldom cleaned, lint filters on dryers are filthy. The so-called "fitness room" consists of a broken treadmill, a stationary bike that keeps expanding, 2 garage sale machines and a weight bench. The halls are completely institutional No decorations are allowed anymore on the shelves by the elevators. Now they are taking the shelves down. You are not allowed to sit outside in front of the building in the summer. The entire place is now cold and uninviting. There are literally NO activities. Coloring costs $1. You have to pay for everything. The apartments themselves are nice but very cheaply built. No water pressure, contact paper on the sides of the cupboards, no heat in the bathrooms, but you can decorate them pretty nice yourself. Management at the local level tries to make things nice, but corporate keeps sending down rules that basically just make this a very institutional, cold place.
