Mt father in law was there and this is our second facility. We loved it there. He was cared for and never looked better. Unfortunately, he passed away this month. [Name removed], the unit manager was amazing and kept us posted on all changes. He really worked with us to make sure all of our needs were met. We always felt comfortable having him there with the great care that he was given. We recommend this facility all day every day. The front desk woman is absolutely amazing and comforting.

Silver Healthcare Center is a clean, nice place. Nurses and nursing aides are knowledgeable. Management is the most important reason this place runs smooth.

It hasn't been easy for the residents and their families during this time. But the caregivers and support staff are amazing. The secretary answer many of my concerns, and if she couldn't answer it, she would connect me to the correct personnel. They are kin and respectful to family members. I am so glad that my sister is getting good and compassionate care at Silver Healthcare.

Everything is good. Dialysis is awesome. Therapy is good. Part of the reason I came here is because my uncle was here before on long-term for about six years before he passed. He got great care here. So I knew I would get good care.

My mother was here for Rehab following Open Heart Surgery. The therapists and most of the nursing staff were very good. The regular staff mediocre at best. The administrative staff is horrible. They were not following up on whether she was eating, were not weighing her, not sending her for necessary tests and scans. They were not following the medication regime properly. It got bad enough where we had to intervene to direct them on which medications were supposed to have been stopped a week before. Those meds were making her sick and unable to eat. We finally had her removed and placed in the hospital due to dehydration and loss of weight.

Very disappointed with this place. The only reason we chose silver care was for their behavior health care. We were told that my loved one would be managed by their behavioral health team whether he was on the bh unit or on another unit..lies It took 2 weeks before anyone from the pychiatry addressed my loved ones issues and only after he was so distraught and hysterical. I reached out to his social worker from virtua. She was livid and contacted the facility. Then and only then did the administrater intervine. They had even sent him to the crises center prior to this. Which is ridiculous! They ignored his mental health the whole 2 weeks when he was first admitted there. Seems they have a process that they have to put in for a consult for psychiatry and no one could tell more how long the process would take.that's when they sent him to the crises center. Waiting for the process I still feel they are not addressing his needs but at least he isn't so hysterical that he2e falls outtt of his chair and bed. Other issues too. Left too long in the reclining chair that he gets himself sideways in the chair in a fetal position. Not good. You have to ask staff for ice and water bc its not available to residents or visitors. No microwave to heat things.

THE worst. [Name removed], social worker, is a pathological liar who will get your loved one to sign things while they are drugged. Several employees are good, but most don't give a rip and have a bad attitude. "That's how things work in small town Silver City," like we are supposed to feel sorry for them that they live there and chose to apply for the job they have. Their entire attitude is one of entitlement. Watch out for [name removed], the billing lady. She's a liar, too, and will say whatever she has to to scare you into opening your wallet, even though she fails to do her job and submit bills to insurance. Path of least resistance... The place is filthy, the food unhealthy, patients left unattended for hours on end in soiled diapers, falling out of their wheelchairs. Oh, and want to talk to the doctor about your loved one? Forget it. He shows up ONE time, when your loved one is checked in, and never again after that. "[name removed]", physician assistant, handles all patient care, or lack thereof. She is NOT a doctor, contrary to what everyone there calls her. She supposedly checks in on every patient ONCE in a MONTH. If you want her to check in on a loved one more frequently, you are supposed to call her office and set it up. But, don't expect any changes, becaue i called three times and requested twice a month checkups. It never happened. The place is NOT a care center. It is a euthansia center. If should be shut down.

My mother can be really hard to deal with, and the therapists are really good with her! They really work hard with her. The nurses are very busy. The aides are all good. The food they are giving her looks okay. When I ask questions, they answer everything.

So far it's good. The social workers and doctors are really nice and they call me all the time to keep me informed.

From what I have heard I think my loved one is doing better. So far everything is great. It looks very clean and the care they are giving her is very good from what I understand.

I am very satisfied. The service is good and in general the nurses and the staff and managers are friendly. I see that the meals are healthy. They give fruit and vegetables and protein. The social worker is very good and she has been very helpful.

Only one nurse comes around. The nurses don't have any power to do anything and there are no doctors. They are short staffed. The place needs to be updated. It is very depressing. The food is bland. The communication is not professional. I don't like the way they talk about patients.

My loved one is being taken care of. She says everything is going fine. It is nice and I am glad she is there and she is being taken care of. When they brought her there it took an hour or more for a nurse to see her but since then it has been fine. She is improving with the therapy care. The staff is very friendly and they treat her great, but she waits a while to get help. She says she is hungry. We are there every day so we are informed. When we ask they answer our questions.

When I brought my mom in, she was in terrible shape. Now, she is looking a whole lot better. I like that she doesn't have to wait around for somebody to come. I like that someone can come fairly quickly to attend to her needs. My mom says she likes the meals a lot. The staff have kept me quite well informed.

My loved one is doing fine. The therapy is pretty good. The cleanliness is alright. Sometimes the staff tell her they're coming right back, and they don't. They told her the time she was supposed to be fed, and they didn't come back. She can't do it for herself. My loved one says that they haven't bathed her.

This is my mom's second time there. I like the atmosphere. It is more sociable for her. They call me up, and whenever I am there to visit my mom, they give me an update. If I ask questions, they are on top of it.

Silver is better than the other places we've been in. The place is cleaner than even some of the hospitals I've been to! I am very impressed. We are pleased with the therapy so far. They're very good with getting these patients to do what they need to do. I've mostly talked with the aides, and they do pop in. It seems like there is always someone around. Anytime I've asked them anything, they're very nice and very friendly. They're always floating around the building. Everyone is friendly, from the nurses to the maintenance men. The bathrooms are clean and the beds are made. The eating tables are cleaned promptly after meals, the bedside tables are clean. My sister is a picky eater, and a slow one. She said the chicken was dry and doesn't eat some of the things they serve. Only one person has proactively kept me informed, but when I've asked anything they have answered my questions.
