The premises are well kept and very clean. Maintenance help is readily available. Amenities such as planned activities and be benefits are in abundance. However, there are prolonged disturbances outside of corner apartments due to direct recreational activities permitted right outside of apartment doors. This noise is very disturbing and is a lack of privacy for entrance to apartments by the occupants and visitors. Management appears to be aware of the flaw in the construction of the premises and would like to mitigate the severity of the situation .

Although the facility is clean and well maintained, there is little in the way of empathetic care here. Even though the office was closed for business over the new year week, because notice of cancellation of lease was not received by 1/1/15, my 92 year old father will have to pay January and February rent. And don't count on any assistance should there be an emergency situation with your senior. Staff is prohibited from checking on residents. In addition, all the "activities" have participation fees. Operation is cut and dry...no room for flexibility.
