About the facility Freedom Village

Freedom Village is a contemporary apartment building for seniors nestled in Paterson, New Jersey. The large suburban area is less than 30 miles northwest of New York City. The community is amid a downtown ambience with nearby public transportation. Have peace of mind knowing the closest hospital is less than a mile away. A variety of large parks are nearby with a nearly 80 foot waterfall at the local national park.

The community offers apartments for seniors 55+ and 65+. Three different open-concept one-bedroom apartment sizes are offered with fully-equipped kitchens. Seniors looking for subsidized apartments need a referral from the Paterson Housing Authority. For additional space, storage lockers are available on each floor. Feel at ease knowing the apartments have round-the-clock emergency maintenance on-site.

An on-site fitness center allows seniors to maintain physical well-being. Socialize with other residents on the rooftop terrace, or compete in a game of pool on the community’s billiards table. Natural light fills the common room from the floor to ceiling window wall. Residents can utilize the on-site computer room. Your loved one can live independently surrounded by residents going through the same phase of life at Freedom Village.
