If there was an option below one star I would be checking that.My mother was transitioned here for short term care after a hospital stay for a cardiac event. She had mild to moderate dementia upon arrival and after a 7 day stay at Sara Brayton declined to severe dementia. The staff was mostly uncaring and very rude, although t one or two were decent. While in a confused state on day 2, she was put into a recliner by the nurses station to be watched and had a fall and was transported back to the hospital. This is their idea of supervised care. I found her in bed on occasion naked from the waist down and wet. There was never the appropriate things needed in the room, specifically diapers that would fit her using call light for help would often be an hour. Old and in disrepair, food is horrible. So much more to say but out of room
