Care at night

The care from this service is very good. The community is clean They have staff that is available during the day, but at night there is not a person that can help assist with the residents and any personal issues. They have a bell, but the residents do not have to assist in the late night hours. If there is someone with a walker they have not help available. We would recommend the community for those who never need assistance at night.... Read more

Residential Care Home

The people in the facility were very pleasant and were very willing to answer all of my questions about the services they provide. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak directly to [Removed] to get fee information. She answered her cell phone when I called, but we did not have a good connection. When I called her back, she was unavailable so I had to leave a message but did not receive return call. The staff has also informed me that they do not currently have a vacancy. And, although I have asked to be place on their waiting list, I would like to continue to explore my other options and see the other facilities. Thank you for following up with me and I will touch base with you on a later date.

Nice People

The gentleman I helped was there for two days before he passed away so I thought it was strange to have to pay for a whole month when he was only there for like 48 hours. I was not impressed with that. They were polite and seemed caring so that's why we chose it - there were nice people there.
