New management are people nice. Not enough activities. Spacious apartments, but many maintenance issues. Parking inadequate, floods overtime it rains. Overall I am happy here.

The meals and dining service is not included and I do not know really of any activities they may have going on. The cook outs they told us about sounded lovely. We would recommend the Sage Cobblestone community to other families who made need a place for their loved ones.

Nice apartments and clubhouse. Residents are great. There are activities on the calendar and the ones consistently attended are the Wednesday socials and the exercise classes. The outside amenities have only been completed since mid-June and there seems to be difficulty in maintaining them (pool and landscaping). It depends on what you are looking for if this is a good option for your mom. Once the complex is full there will likely be enough diversity for people to participate in the activities on the calendar but as of now, 7/16/2023, the population is sparse and many activities are unattended so new residents may show up and be the only one there. This is a regular apartment complex for ages 55+ so staff will not notice if a resident is not around and staff is not allowed to check on residents.

This is a great place for 55 and over. I picked this community, because It was nicest and they offered a move in special. It's brand new and there's a lot of really nice people here. I would recommend to others.

The staff are friendly. You can go to them with any needs. There are plenty of activities. Lots of food + fun. I love it here. The apartment sizes are fair for 1 bedroom. I am moving to 2 bedroom for more space. For some 1 bedroom is enough, but it was a little short on storage.

A Place for Mom has scored Sage at Cobblestone Creek 8.9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
