Just like home

We found everyone at Peabody to be very attentive and accommodating to the individual and unique needs of each resident. This is a small facility and therefore the care is very personalized and, we found, very loving. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and I, as a family member, felt my mother received the care that I would have personally wanted to give her if not for a full time job and lack of professional training. This is assisted living care at home!... Read more

Did NOT have a good experience here

We did NOT have a good experience with this community. It may have been due to the fact that they are a new community and hadn't worked out what level of resident they could care for. We were very upfront with them about our loved one's issues and what he would need. We warned them that he had sundowners and would have wandering issues at night. However, they assured us it would not be a problem. Within 24 hours they had sent him to the emergency room and told us that he could not return, which put us in a real bind. They may be able to handle a lower level of care, but based on our experience I cannot recommend them at all.
